** HR Admin working Financial Services or Banking experience essential**

A global financial services company, based in the City, is looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis
This will pay a basic up to £35.000 plus a 10% bonus
This role is 3 days a week in the office and two WFH

For this role it is essential that candidates have HR Administration experience in either: Banking, Professional Services or Financial Services

And advanced excel skills

You will provide valuable support including:
On-boarding, preparation of meaningful workforce metrics, and payroll.
This position will be fast paced and requires first class administration and data analytic skills, together with a strong sense of service delivery. You will have outstanding attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work

Skills and Experience;
Essential;

HR Administration experience in either Banking or Financial Services
CIPD Level 3 essential
Advanced Excel skills
Good understanding of HR policies and procedures desirable
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills

Eligibility to live and work in the UK and relevant UK experience
