HR Business Partner - Gruop Functions

Oakleaf if proud to be partnering with a progressive and dynamic FTSE 100 company in their search for a business partner to join its HR team. This is a 4 or 5 day a week role and will suit someone trying to strike that work/life balance.

The successful hire will be supporting the company group functions and some of the most senior stakeholders in the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR business partner who is commercially minded and strategic to really make an impact at a senior level.

This role is both strategic and operational and support the people agenda through the delivery of a full range of HR topics which include talent, diversity, inclusion, well-being, engagement, and performance management. Our client is proudly redefining its sector from a D&I perspective so an interest in this area would be an advantage.

Measurement of success for this position:

• Responding to the business on day to day operational issues
• Effective talent, succession, and resource plans
• Delivery of HR strategy
• Delivery of related projects within agreed deliverables and parameters
• Stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
