I have partnered with a global Investment Firm in their search for a newly created Diversity & Inclusion and Community Engagement Manager to join their London based HR team. The role will report directly into the Global Head of D&I (based in the US) and will require the successful candidate to proactively strategies & implement D&I processes across EMEA & APAC.


  • Develop on-going strategy for D&I in the business that incorporates regulatory developments in both the EMEA and APAC regions
  • Partner with Head of D&I to consult with business heads on their D&I needs and develop individualized plans to achieve D&I goals
  • Develop innovative approaches to enhance the firm's D&I mission
  • Conduct marketplace research on diversity and inclusion and community engagement trends
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups in EMEA and APAC regions
  • Draft diversity-related and community engagement communications, presentations and reports requiring research, analysis and evaluation
  • Partner with Community and Civic Engagement team to lead the grants process and communications in APAC and EMEA, serving as regional point-person for non-profit partners, new partnership inquiries, and internal grants committees in both regions
  • Oversee nonprofit and community partnerships in the APAC and EMEA regions
  • Coordinate regional grants committee meetings in partnership with regional Chair
  • Track APAC/EMEA corporate philanthropy budget spend and reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR to support and promote D&I in all aspects of people related processes
  • On-going development and delivery of core training

  • Strong relationship building capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
