My client is a dynamic, successful and values focused professional services organisation, seeking to appoint an experienced, proactive and driven HR Business Partner to join their friendly HR Team.
The Package:
* Salary £40,000 £45,000
* 25 Days holiday increasing with service

In this Strategic, commercially focused role you'll report into the Head of HR and deliver an integrated, diversified HR service, influencing the people strategy and building strong relationships with department leads and the SMT ensuring added value consideration and demonstration. Responsibilities will include:
* Implementation of Business & Values Aligned People Plans, policies and practices.
* Work with the Group HR team to implement business plan
* TUPE & Restructuring experience
* Manage Inclusion & Equity activity with group strategic alignment
* Supporting and Coaching Line Managers
* Developing and Implementing People Policies
* OD & Change Management Project Support
* Support & Drive Performance Management utilising existing knowledge and expertise
* Effective Internal Communication Support and Development
What you'll need to succeed:
* Proven Experience within a generalist HR role
* CIPD or Equivalent Qualification
* In Depth Human Resources Subject Matter Expertise
* Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
* HR Project Experience
* Strong Data and Analytical Skills
* Confident Up to Date Excel & System Capability
* Influencing & Negotiating Expertise
* Strong Employment Law Knowledge
* Strong Communication & Presenting Skills
