eLearning Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an eLearning Specialist to join a highly reputable and established professional services organisation based in Birmingham.

Permanent eLearning Specialist. £35,000-£40,000. Offices based in Birmingham. Hybrid/remote working on offer + benefits

You will work closely with the Learning Manager to create, design and develop eLearning solutions. You could work on new initiatives, or improve current programmes offered to the business through blended solutions and initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to develop creative and intuitive content - with encouragement and support from the team. You will also have the opportunity to work on various time sensitive projects in conjunction with the rest of the learning team.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, growing organisation with opportunities to grow develop and progress. You possess excellent collaboration and communication skills and you are a natural problem solver. You are solutions orientated and creative. If you have 2+ years solid eLearning design & development experience with good instructional design knowledge that includes the use of tools such as Storyline, Articulate or Captivate (or similar) this could be a great next step for you into a fantastic organisation.
