A great opportunity now exists for an HRIS Manager to join a leading professional services firm. Based in sumptuous City offices (St Pauls tube), this role has arrived at an exciting time for the firm, as they begin to plan their transition from their legacy HR system onto a new cloud-based global solution. As a result, this role will have two key phases, the first will be to help them extract as much operational value as possible out of their current solution (SelectHR), ensuring this and other related systems are running at peak performance. The second phase will be to help with the selection, implementation and adoption of a new global SaaS based HRIS. Key to this role is someone able to 'own' the technology road-map, someone also able to operate with a global mind set, being at the helm of a function that supports users in 30+ offices across the UK, Europe, ME, US and APAC and be able to direct locally placed teams/individuals in these locations, ensuring processes are streamlined but locally relevant and compliant (for example all annual appraisals are completed in the HRIS). In addition to the day-to-day running of the systems and processes, this role will also take responsibility for building out the firm's People Data reporting capabilities. Currently utilising the Power BI suite of tools, this role will develop Data Reporting to enhance the dashboards and 'self-service' element of reporting tools available to managers. Data reporting will also feature strongly in the assessment of the replacement solution, so you will act as an SME to stakeholders looking to 'future-proof' this investment on all data capabilities.
