Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global rating agency to source a LMS Functional Specialist on a permanent basis. They are a niche player within the Financial Services industry with over 50 offices worldwide. Their HR team have doubled in size, and they are passionate about maintaining a nice, friendly, and professional environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a HR Generalist, L&D or HRIS Professional (with SuccessFactors LMS exposure) to specialise within Learning Management System. Reporting to the HRIS manager, you will focus on supporting the L&D department with the SuccessFactors LMS module.
Duties will include:
- Provide LMS support to the L&D team and wider employees
- Support the configuration of the product to meet business needs
- Work with their technical support partner where required
- Manage the UAT on SuccessFactor's biannual release and other opt in items in relation to LMS
- Line manage one person including performance management, coaching, and mentoring
To be considered, you must have a strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS (other SF modules is a plus). Strong attention to detail with a high level of proficiency in Excel (vlookups/IF statements, pivot tables) is required.
