Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global legal firm to source a HRIS Assistant on a 12-month basis (with a possibility of going permanent). They have a committed and award-winning HR team that are closely integrated as well as a very low turnover and flexible working model of one day a week from the office.
This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Generalist, L&D Coordinator (with HRIS exposure) to join their collaborative global Reward and HRIS team and specialise within HRIS
Reporting to their HRIS Manager, you will manage the administration of the global HR system and be the main point of contact for all HRIS queries.
Duties will include:
- Provide collaborative support to all areas of the HR team on HRIS matters
- Support the maintenance and further development of the HR System including trouble shooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Play a pivotal role in developing key training materials for the HR team on how to use the HR system as well as reviewing, developing, and documenting standard processes.
To be considered, you will already have gained experience in HRIS/reporting either in a generalist or a specialist role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required. Professional Services' background is a plus.
In return, you will receive c£30,000 per annum with a very flexible working model of one day a week from the office. You will also have the opportunity to development your career as well as learn from the HRIS Manager and the wider team.
