The successful hire will be supporting the company group functions and some of the most senior stakeholders of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR business partner who is commercially minded and strategic to really make an impact at a senior level.
This role is both strategic and operational and support the people agenda through the delivery of a full range of HR topics which include talent, diversity, inclusion, well-being, engagement, and performance management. Our client is proudly redefining its sector from a D&I perspective so an interest in this area would be an advantage.
