£35,000-£39,000 + benefits
Crawley, West Sussex, hybrid working model, 3 days in 2 from home

A well established and reputable organisation based in the Crawley area are looking for a People Advisor who can play a key role in providing a commercial HR service to various business lines. The company offers a collaborative and supportive culture and are committed to developing and empowering their people to be the best. As the People Advisor you will work as part of a small close nit team reporting into the People Manager and will provide generalist HR advice to the business. This is a varied and fast paced role where such duties will include:

*Provide support and guidance to key stakeholders
*Coaching line managers regarding performance management, grievances, disciplinary
*Compensation and Benefits
*Employee relations - Investigating and meetings, ensuring legal requirements are met
*Recruitment - Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team with regards to current and future business recruitment needs.
*Provide advice and support to line managers in relation to well being.
*Attend and manage appraisal meetings
*Create reports to deliver to the business
*Support various HR Projects as and when required

To be successful in this role you must have recent and relevant experience working as a HR Generalist and be comfortable with investigating various Employee Relations cases. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and be highly commercial with good business acumen. You will enjoy working within a fast paced and challenging environment where every day is different. If you have experience of completing the salary review process, are studying towards CIPD and have multisite experience this would be of great interest to my client.
