Oakleaf are proud to be partnered with a market leader in the world of molten metal flow engineering and technology on their search for a HRBP / Talent Management professional. The business specialises in providing innovative solutions for customers active in extremely demanding industrial environments mostly in the steel and foundry businesses and has 54 production sites, 6 R&D centres and 84 office locations in 38 countries.

The role is designed to support the Global Talent Management function via the input, creation, support and development of:

  • Global talent management process
  • Talent management execution
  • Talent Management tools
  • Executive learning
  • Succession planning
  • Career development
  • Executive coaching


    • You will also provide local HR support at a Business Partner level to the London office, duties include:

    • Operational HR support for the local London office
    • Support for all C suite execs including the CHRO
    • Support the implementation of HR initiatives by providing support, guidance and coaching to operational management teams
    • Partner with key stakeholders and the Senior Leadership to understand the needs and wants of their business areas from a HR perspective
    • Drive HR productivity to maximise performance through a continuous improvement culture
    • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees



    Requirements:

  • The practical and intellectual ability to breakdown a global approach to talent
  • An understanding of the Manufacturing sector is not essential (desirable)
  • Ability to operate and influence in a less structured corporate environment
  • Experience / exposure to best practice global talent management
  • Ideally experience of a CoE operation
  • Solutions focussed / proactive approach
