Morgan Philips are delighted to be working with this leading global brand to hire a Customer Success Manager who will be instrumental to the development of their Recruitment business by expanding and developing existing clients . This is a hybrid role with some travel to London and comes with a great package in addition to a competitive base salary and OTE.
Demonstrating a commercial outlook, the ability to see the bigger picture and to bring the outside in, you will play an active part in contributing to the continued success and rapid growth of this global business. You will be comfortable working at pace, often in a rapidly changing environment where the context is shifting and sometimes ambiguous.
Building relationships both internally and externally and the ability to communicate with clarity will be key in order to create strong partnerships and develop more business is key.
