My client, a global investment management business, are looking for an experienced, dynamic and commercial HRBP to join their evolving team on a 12 month basis.

This role will support their Infrastructure (Operations, Product, Finance and Compliance) departments across EMEA, circa 300 employees.

They are looking for somebody that can come in and hit the ground running, managing senior client groups with a strong data driven and commercial approach!

You will:

  • Act as a trusted partner to your client group and participate in key meetings to make functional decisions
  • Build relationships, influence and coach at all levels
  • Deliver initiatives across the employee life cycle including performance management, talent management and annual promotions
  • Provide guidance on general People Team queries, policies and processes
  • Engage on issues of organisational design to improve departmental structure, process and workflows
  • Have solid ER Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation to appropriately advise managers and lead on ER cases
  • Partner with the internal Talent Acquisition team and take an active role in recruitment for your business area
  • Coach managers to build leadership capabilities, develop high performing happy teams and realise the potential for future talent
  • Work closely with the HR Shared Service Centre and Compensation & Benefits Lead to ensure the wider People Team operate as a innovative and strategic function

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced Business Partner role within a generalist capacity
  • Ideally experience within financial services/regulated environments
  • Experience in leading and executing people related processes
  • Accustomed to working closely with senior leaders
  • Commercially minded
  • Proactive
  • Ability to develop relationships quickly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • 12 month FTC (June/July start date)

  • City based
