Morgan Philips are searching for a Reward Analyst to join an exciting brand in West London for 12 months. The role will pay up to £50,000pa and will be hybrid with one to two days per week in the office.
The role of Reward Analyst will be part of the Global Rewards team based in London looking after Compensation and Benefits across all regions outside of the US. This role provides analytical support to the Reward team supporting one of the regions within the international business. Activities are associated with the design, delivery, and implementation of Reward programs in support of the business strategies.
The successful candidate for this role will be a seasoned Reward Analyst ideally with either EMEA or APAC exposure. You will be advanced in MS Excel using it on a daily basis as well as using a HR System such as SAP or Success Factors. Previous experience in Towers Watson survey or similar would be an advantage.
