Oakleaf is proud to be partnering a large global health brand in their search for a Learning and Development Manager to join its small but dedicated HR team.
Our client provides coordinated care to patients across 10 countries. It's physician-led community focuses on and strives for improved clinical outcomes, better patient experiences, more fulfilling clinician experiences and being a great place to work. Given our client's strong physician network and cooperating partners, our client is able to provide a high-quality care with specific focus on seamless transitions of care, individualised care plans and excellent medical outcomes.
The Manager, Learning & Development will have oversight and ownership of our client's learning & development initiatives. Additionally, they will partner and collaborate on work-culture (Wisdom) and People Services initiatives.
The successful candidate will drive expansion of our client's training and development library and partner with our Chief People Officer on long-term development strategy, promoting an inclusive learning culture the business and support our ambition to develop strong, versatile leaders.
Key qualities of this individual will be enthusiasm for learning & development and the ability to think proactively, collaborate effectively, and possess the gravitas to train/advise internal stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate a passion and proven track record of implementing best-in-class learning & development initiatives. This individual will coach and provide practical training to all levels of the organisation (front-line workers to senior leaders) and ultimately be considered a valued member of the international People Services leadership team.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Partner with the CPO to develop a high-impact learning strategy, offerings and processes for all international teammates, ensuring appropriate adaptation, adoption and inclusion
* Understand business goals, and determine development interventions to meet future skill and critical talent needs
* Build development offerings to support career paths for clinical teammates and promote a sense of belonging
* Drive the transformation and growth of our e-learning library through creation of new content and active partnership with our in-market internal trainers/experts to identify existing trainings
* Identify and manage relationships with external training partners
* Other duties as assigned
