Job Details

The HR Assistant will work as part of a busy HR team and will be responsible for delivering transactional HR processes and administrative duties for the HR team and wider business.

Client Details

My client is a a leading Professional Services firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne.


Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver transactional processes within the HR function
  • Provide high level administrative support for the HR team and the wider business
  • Work with the HR team to ensure the delivery of a prompt and accurate HR service
  • Manage and maintain employee records
  • Manage and maintain electronic records, ensuring all digital filing is kept up-to-date
  • Monitor the HR inbox for incoming queries
  • Support on ad-hoc tasks
  • Assist with HR project work
  • Assist the recruitment team with new starter processes, procedures and administration
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Work on HR systems


  • Previous experience in a HR Assistant or HR Admin role is advantageous
  • Administration experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer
