The Organisation
This multinational organisation are recruiting for a Global Learning & Development Manager. With a presence in over 40 countries and with more than 20,000 employees this giant in the logistics sector have a strong presence in the Middle East.
The Role
This newly created role is a critical position for the organisation and reports to the Global Head of Learning & Development. You will be responsible for the end to end needs analysis, design and delivery of learning solutions for the business across their global business.
The Criteria
You will have experience of operating at a senior level in a learning & development role for a multinational. You will also be able to effectively operate in a fast moving, dynamic, growing environment. Global exposure will be important.
