My client, a leading technology business, are looking to appoint an experienced recruiter to join their team on an 8 month contract basis. This position is vacant to an increased workload and high number of positions. You will be responsible for circa 20 vacancies from start to finish. The vacancies will require direct sourcing and headhunting to find specialist and passive talent in the market.

Role responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process from requisition through to interview and offer
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand role requirement, and develop and execute sourcing strategy
  • Proactively develop talent pipeline to support future hiring needs
  • Provide external talent / market insight and relevant compensation data to develop search strategy and to support the business to make an informed hiring decision

Requirements

  • Experienced in the end to end recruitment cycle
  • Be available to start at short notice and interested in an interim assingment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience of working with and managing senior managers on their recruitment requirements,
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Experience and rigorous usage of recruitment system technology
