A highly exciting opportunity is now available at a Private Equity business based in Central London. Due to business growth they are creating a new HRBP role that will work alongside an existing team of circa 6. This team are high performing and extremely collegiate in the way that they work. The business themselves have over 1500 people internationally and this role would support a client group of both the UK and EU.
This role will be a generalist HRBP role and will touch on everything along the employee lifecycle. Candidates must be happy top to bottom, strategy to operational HR for this is truly a role which will provide a unique challenge. As part of this role you will be working with a newly acquired business who haven't had HR before and you will be working with them on everything from integration and culture through to talent, performance and succession.
There is also the possibility down the line once this person has settled to take on additional responsibilities for their portfolio clients.
