We are currently partnering with a fantastic business who are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will lead often complex and high stakes deployment of organizational changes from an employee relations perspective and lead local consultation for Employee Relations matters & initiatives.
Responsibilities include building trust, credibility and collaborative relationships with line managers, Business Heads and leadership teams, mitigating risk and minimizing adverse impact to the organization through the application of policies, practices and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. You will resolve issues and address client needs to ensure situations are resolved fairly, objectively, and in a manner that aligns with the businesses core principals.
What are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Labour/Industrial Relations, Legal
Significant experience working in Human Resources/Labour Relations
Significant experience of leading redundancy consultations both collective and individual, TUPE, organizational change programs
Change management (Prosci preferred) and Project Management skills, Customer centricity skills, Agile, Design Thinking and User Centricity
Deep knowledge of applicable employment and labor relations regulations, Labour and Employee Relations best practices, Employment Law
Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals across all levels of the organization
Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
Strong consultancy and problem solving skills, conflict management skills
Confident in data analytics and insight generation
