My client, a food production company in Knutsford are seeking to recruit a HR Officer on a permanent basis. This is a brand-new role due to growth and an exciting time to join them with continued growth plans and acquisitions. Due to the nature of the business this role requires you to be on site 5 days a week.

Your new job

In this brand-new role as HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process. You will take on a very generalist role and be working as part of a wider HR team, onboarding new employees, communicating with employees about sensitive subjects. You will be responsible for training new staff members, providing employees with advice and support and assisting with payroll. In this role you will deliver training and provide guidance and advice to internal managers on a wide range of HR related queries, best practice and employment law. In addition, you will gain exposure to a range of projects and have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the department gaining excellent experience in an SME organisation. the successful candidate will be professionally focused, proactive with the desire to learn and achieve.

What you'll need to succeed
