Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for supporting the Compensation processes from beginning to end. You will be undertaking a range of duties including but not limited to:
- Benchmarking of roles/ad-hoc compensation requests using McLagan salary survey.
- Data preparation and extraction.
- Working with the Comp and Bens Manager to develop processes in Workday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have:
- Strong Reward/Comp analytical experience preferably in the Financial sector.
- Workday experience.
