Working remotely and reporting to the CPO for a growing cyber-security company, there are two key elements: a) Act as HRBP to dedicated client groups in UK and India - a Tech client group; b) Project management of key International HR projects and deliverables, and support the overall management of International employees. You will already be an International HRBP with strong experience in HR projects and metrics/dashboards. London once p/w.

Client Details

Our client is a private equity-backed global cyber-security company who are embarking on a major scale-up process

Description

This International HR Business Partner (Technology) role is primarily a remote role, with the requirement to go to London circa once per week/every 2 weeks to meet the CPO.

Reporting to the CPO, and in essence acting as her No 2/right hand person, this role will have 2 indirect reports - the HRBPs in North America and Switzerland. (They report directly to the CPO).

In short, there are two key component elements to the role:

  • Act as HRBP to dedicated client groups in UK and India - primarily Cyber-Engineers. UK numbers circa 20 heads; India is currently 40 heads and growing.
  • Project management of key International HR projects and deliverables, and support the overall management of International employees.

The latter part will mean that you will have a global remit, and working closely with the HRBPs and the Business Leaders in the different countries, you will lead and manage a series of projects and initiatives to drive improvements across the whole HR spectrum internationally.

This includes:

  • Working with HR Leaders to ensure that they have an International view of their people and that effective key HR processes are developed to manage merit, bonus, promotions etc.
  • Be responsible for driving simplification and greater clarity with regard to International HR processes, identifying key international information requirements and developing tools, such as standard reports and easy to use information dashboards, which allow for a joined up International view of all international people for which International leaders have responsibility.

In short, this is more than your 'standard' HRBP role (if there is such a thing!); whilst you will have your own dedicated client group to support, you will also have the opportunity to work across the whole international remit with a focus on projects, metrics, dashboards, systems, processes and more.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with Chief People Officer the position will be responsible for the effective administration of all UK and India employees, ensuring that HR Leaders have an International view of their people and that effective key HR processes are developed to manage merit, bonus, promotions and out of policy increases. The position will be responsible for driving simplification and greater clarity with regard to International HR processes, identifying key international information requirements and developing tools, such as standard reports and easy to use information dashboards, which allow for a joined up International view of all international people for which International leaders have responsibility.

The position will have the responsibility for the collection and collation of International HR metrics and the co-ordination of the International Recruitment process and any out of cycle salary changes.

The role holder is also responsible for business partnering with the Head of functions within the region to understand any staffing, competencies or other performance management needs and work in collaboration with Business Partners to offer the right support.

Facilitate and implement corporate initiatives such as the Performance Management and Talent Management programme for the business to ensure a high-performance work organisation. This will include ensuring all high potential employees have career reviews and development plans and the management of under-performance.

Oversee the implementation of a range of surveys, e.g. employee satisfaction, employee engagement etc.

This role offers remote working with a trip to London maximum once per week.

You could therefore be based in Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Bucks, Kent etc.
