Ashley Kate is pleased to be supporting our fantastic client based in Aldridge who are looking for a new Purchase Ledger Clerk for their finance team.

The role is full time, permanent. Salary is £24,000.

To be successful, you will need to have a desire to work in a financial environment and be used to working to high volumes of work with accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities include:

Monitor daily emails and post to ensure that all purchase invoices printed out and saved digitally.
Purchase invoice processing, including nominal coding of invoices.
Deal with queries from suppliers and pro-actively chasing receipt adding and PO approvals
Provide cover for Accounts Payable Administrator and other accounts payable employees are absent.
General administration duties.
