Talent Partner Job -Immediate start - Bristol/Hybrid working

Oakleaf is working with a growing FS business who are looking to bring in an experienced Recruiter to their team. The role would be recruiting across various business areas and the company are looking for you to have the ability to manage internal stakeholders while also proactively going out to market and identify the best talent.

The role offer hybrid working with the office based in Bristol. They looking to pay between £40-50,000 based on experience with also a £500 bonus per hire!

The role is on an initial 6 months FTC basis.

Talent Partner Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition & Development, and working closely with key stakeholders in the business to attract talent.
  • Develop and execute on appropriate sourcing strategies, with a focus on diversity initiatives.
  • Manage a range of creative sourcing techniques.
  • Develop an understanding of the business, the external market and trends that impact the industry.
  • Map relevant skillsets and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
  • Manage agency supplier relationships for contingent hiring, in parallel with the focus on direct hiring.
  • Negotiate competitive offers and promote the career progression opportunities that we can provide.
  • Track and monitor recruitment progress, providing accurate MI on a regular basis.

Talent Partner Job Experience and Competencies Required:

  • Extensive full recruitment life cycle experience across in-house or RPO.
  • Pensions, Professional Services, or Financial Services recruitment experience is essential.
  • Hands on experience in a hybrid recruitment role, managing both direct and contingent hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Experience of managing agency relationships.
  • Offer negotiation and strong influencing skills.
