Your new role
Supporting the HR Business partner and providing your client base with generalist advice in particular Employee Relations as well as supporting ongoing projects and helping deliver the overall strategy. You will be the first pint of contact the London sites and will need to travel to where the business needs are. This is a very busy and high-volume hr role providing professional support and guidance to managers and the wider group.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have come from a fast-paced environment
Have dealt with high volume ER casework
CIPD qualified or equivalent Have a full clean driving license
Ideally have worked with a blue collar workforce
