Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a Global Management Consultancy who are looking to secure a new HR Operations Manager for their EMEA region (a newly created role!).


The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of HR operational activities to c.3,000 employee across 32 countries in EMEA. You will work closely with the local HRBP's to provide day to day support to employees. You will also be responsible for managing a team of three.


This is an extremely busy role with seriously high volumes that would suit an established HR Operations Manager with exceptional People management skills and experience.


Day to day will include:
* Management of the end-to-end employee life-cycle administration including (but not limited to) offer letters, contracts, references, acknowledgement of resignation letters, employment confirmation letters, etc.
* Oversight and management of the UK & EMEA shared mailboxes.
* Development and implementation of people policies, procedures, and process development, working on a continual improvement basis
* Management of the HR on-boarding and inductions / off-boarding process across EMEA
* Act as subject matter expert and point of escalation for complex generalist queries presented from time to time
* Support the Director - Human Resources, EMEA / in-country HR-Business Partner in relation to Employee Relations matter as required from time to time
* Support the Director - Human Resources, EMEA on all TUPE / ARD / M&A activities as required.
* Oversee pre-employment screening in line with client / line of business requirements as required for new hires across EMEA.
* Act as subject matter expert and point of escalation for complex employee benefit queries
* Oversee the timely completion of the 'Payroll Tracker' within the relevant EMEA countries, to ensure all employee variable data is included in time for payroll cut-off each month
* Support the EMEA Payroll Team with any Human Resources related queries raised as part of the monthly Payroll processing schedule
* Management of the UK employee benefits platform including annual benefit enrolment processes and system enhancements.
* Preparation and maintenance of agreed business reports (e.g special compensation, provider reports, internal leadership reports)
* Support the preparation and delivery of ad-hoc report requests including internal and external audit reports and data requests
* Act as a HCM Initiator for EMEA, supporting the HRIS function with initiating new hires and processing leavers in a timely manner
* Act as a PSCF Initiator for EMEA, supporting the HRIS function to request employee life-cycle changes via the Company's formal approvals process.
* Ensure employee personal information is kept up to date, and support employees in making changes to their personal data via the Employee Self-Service (ESS) system
* Support the HRIS function with system development activities aimed at implementing new functionality that supports and streamlines HR data processing.
* Partner with other internal teams (Finance, Talent Acquisition, IT, operations) on cross-functional activities across an employee's life-cycle.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement / efficiency.

Experience and qualifications needed:
 Level 5 CIPD qualified
 3+ years' experience in a HR Operations based role at advisor or above level
 Experience of managing a small team / prior individual line management experience
 Business acumen & high client-service orientation
 Situational adaptability
 Cultural adaptability
 Tolerance for ambiguity balanced with the ability to organize and shape practical solutions to complex problems
 Communication and community building at all levels
 Detail oriented
 Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
