Oakleaf Partnership are proud to present a brand new talent acquisition specialist role based within a chartered accountants. This role will report into the internal talent team and provide support on generalist resourcing responsibilities as well as the below responsibilities.

Salary: £40,000
Key responsibilities for this role, will be:
Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Responsible for taking leadership and guidance from the head of talent
Creating an excel approach to candidates during the recruiting period
Building a strong relationship with talent management and people operations team
Managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally
As a TA specialist you will:
Carry out interviews to candidates
Use various methods of interviewing for roles
Previous experience of recruiting
Hold a degree or the equivalent
