Description
As HR Director you will be responsible for;
- Act as board level HR professional
- Design and deliver HR strategy aligned with strategic business objectives
- Ensure all policies and procedures are compliant and up to date
- Identify succession plans for senior roles within the organisation
- Manage and support Recruitment Partner
- Develop and deliver learning and development programmes to support employees growth in the organisation
- Manage all ER casework
- Manage HR Budget
Profile
The successful candidate will;
* Strong commercial bias
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* CIPD L7 or QBE
* Management experience
* Proven track record operating at a senior level within HR
* Strong credibility at senior level
* Excellent Employment Law knowledge and understanding
* Proven track record implementing and delivering strategic HR objectives
