HR Specialist - Talent Development and Performance Consultant

Oakleaf Partnership Scotland are seeking a HR specialist to join the team. You will be leading the development and delivery of the HR talent strategy including current / future skills identification and development, talent mapping and HR career opportunities. The focus of this role concentrates on department performance assurance, you will lead on all internal people focussed HR programmes and activities that aim to ensure a developed, engaged and high performing HR team. The business requires this HR professional to use data to provide insight and trends relating to internal HR activity.
Successful candidate profile:
The HR Specialist will have gained a solid grounding in HR, understand how a HR department operates and gained strong stakeholder management. Our client does require an individual who has a good grasp of working with data, experience of supporting and working with teams going through a period of change. The HR specialist will have a worked developing other individual and have experience of building high performance in teams and development of its people. If you have been in a talent development, learning or performance based role or worked in a projects role then this could be a good opportunity moving forward.
Duties:
- Lead the development and delivery of the HR talent strategy, including current/ future development, talent mapping and HR career opportunities Identify, develop and evaluate HR learning opportunities and internal training programmes to ensure top standards are adhered too Work closely with the HR leadership team on change management within the department Utilise HR data to provide insight and identify trends relating to internal HR activity Work with HR colleagues on the development and oversight of our communications strategy internally
