Diversity and Inclusion Manager
Birmingham - with travel to London, Bristol, Belfast as and when is needed
Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are working with a brilliant client based in Birmingham and are seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join their digital team. This role will be based in the Birmingham hub with travel to London, Bristol, Belfast when is required.
This role is fundamental to building a culture where people can be at their best, this role will help to drive workforce engagement and diversity to deliver on outstanding colleague experience.
This role will be responsible for the design and delivery for the digital teams and will deliver to the business 2030 goals. It will execute the end-to-end tactical plans that deliver the strategy, using data and insight to design the activities that deliver the most impact. You will be able to demonstrate evidence-based D&I and culture change and able to manage multiple projects. You will bring proven experience in D&I across multiple industries. You will need to be able to create new content and be able to drive new initiatives through a business.
Duties:
- Create and innovate new ideas and pilot new D&I and cultural interventions Build and lead a team of D&I professionals Support the group COE to review our workplace, policies, and procedures Support leaders to achieve our D&I goals and targets Provide methods to increase diversity and inclusion and deliver the culture required by each unit Manage a team of 5 professionals in the team
