Senior HR Business Partner

We have a very exciting opportunity to join our commercial client as a senior HR business partner.
Your new role
You will join the central HR function and help provide expertise to the whole of the UK. You will provide clear direction, coaching and strong leadership within all people related activities which is aligned to wider group policy. This role will be 40% operational with 60% strategic.
You will also be acting as a change partner, helping the organisation through a time of positive change.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy in the designated business area. This role will ensure that the HR function makes an impactful contribution to the designated business area, so people risks are managed effectively, and policies/processes are implemented consistently.
What you'll need to succeed
Lead the Human Resources function's contribution to zero harm and exemplary health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental performance in the designated business.
Forge relationships with the business to make a meaningful contribution to business goals, acting as a trusted partner to leaders and managers.
Manage a team of HR Business Partners day to day operational activity.
Anticipate HR issues and needs within the business, developing approaches to address these and managing those responses through to implementation.
Support line management with their people related issues and, as necessary, engage with the appropriate resources to support them.
