Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this national specialist services provider to recruit a talented Lead HR Partner to cover the sites / Customers around the Durham / North East area on a permanent basis.

This is a key role within the Business where you will have responsibility for managing a field HR Team and portfolio of Customers and reporting into the Regional Senior HR Partner to ensure the delivery of a high-quality HR Advisory service. You will work closely with the HR Director and Regional Senior HR Partner in managing the wider HR Department and developing strategic people plans and workforce planning to support the business and Customers' objectives.

As well as being an inspiration Lead, you'll be a subject matter expert in employee relations by where your expert guidance on complex ER issues will ensure the right commercial outcomes for the customers with minimal risk.

If you are looking for a challenging role, are prepared for some travel 2/3 days per week in / around Durham and the North East and possess the above competencies, we are keen to hear from you.
