A West Midlands based FMCG business are looking for an HR Manager to lead a team across two UK sites.
The company is well-established in the UK market, producing fresh & chilled products for grocers & convenience retailers from its manufacturing site near to Birmingham.
The role is a true generalist position, with one report, and responsiblity for all aspects of HR across the UK.
Responsibilities will of course be varied, and include reviewing HR as a function, collaborating with internal stakeholders, employee relations, enabling engagement and retention of staff, managing HR policies and procedures. You will be given autonomy across the UK, and have a large parent company providing financial stability and resources.
We are looking for someone who has strong manufacturing experience, and is happy and capable of operating in a smaller team. You will need to be an excellent communicator, a self-starter, and have good generalist experience.
There is a requirement to be on-site 3 days a week, and to travel to the second site once a fortnight.
