Permanent - HR Manager Regional - Liverpool - Hybrid Model - Immediate Start - Public Sector Organisation

My client a leading Charity in the North West is seeking a professional Regional HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Charity based in Merseyside provides support to some of the most marginalised people in society including adults with learning disabilities in the form of care in the community and day services across Liverpool, St Helens, Knowsley, Southport, Formby and the surrounding areas.

Your new role
ime - Monday - Friday - The position is being offered as full time - Monday - Friday with a Hybrid model in place and based form their Liverpool Site. Occasional travel may also be required to other offices around the region.
You will be required to effectively lead, develop and motivate the Human Resource teams across the Charity to deliver an effective and professional service in line with the company Policies and Procedures, fully reflecting the Mission Statement, Ethos, Vision and Values of the Charity
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
You will work closely with the Chief Executive providing accurate and timely professional advice and guidance to as well as the Regional and Area Directors, Senior Management Teams and all appropriate stakeholders across the Charity in England in relation to a wide range Human Resources issues.
You will lead the implementation and delivery of relevant organisational strategies, service development initiatives, business plans, policies and procedures relating to the area of Human Resources and its effective integration across all local and regional Service operations.
Lead on the delivery of appropriate Human Resource led solutions and initiatives for the Charity aligned to organisational and business objectives as identified in the Workforce Development and HR Strategy including but not limited to: HR related Service and Care quality improvement, Change management, Performance Management, Talent management, Reward Strategy, Succession and Workforce Planning and Career Planning
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Level 5 and above
Proven history within HR Management
Passionate about a people centric workforce
Used to working within a fast paced environment
Passionate about change implementation
