Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a Global Manufacturer who are going through a period of growth and are in search of a talented HR professional to cover there UK and NI workforce.

The salary is circa £45k and will be remote based with monthly visits to their Head office in Stevenage and across their offices in the UK.

This is a fully generalist, autonomous role where you will take full ownership of your area, so this would suit someone who has previous standalone HR experience.

You will Provide a full range of effective HR services, to include HR planning to meet business goals, headcount management, on-boarding, performance management, talent management, salary review, bonus processes and administration and develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders and be able to challenge and guide them.
