HR Business Partner - Engagement & Development

HR Business Partner (12 months) - North London/Hertfordshire - £60-70,000 plus excellent benefits

Our client is a commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Business Partner - Engagement & Development for a 12-month ftc where you will report into the Head of HR and work alongside the HR Business Partners. This is a hands on role, so you will need to be a self-starter (and finisher), confident at engaging with employees at all levels, with a strong generalist HR background. They are looking for individuals who can help them with the development of their employee proposition and culture as well as live priorities in the areas of employee engagement, development/successional planning and D&I.

- Lead the administration of employee surveys
- Lead implementation of their D&I plan
- Lead the development of their Apprenticeship scheme
- Support the Head of HR on interventions related to building a position employee proposition and culture
- Be a visible HR presence
- Support the maintenance of all HR policies/procedures
- Ad-hoc Projects
