I am interested in receiving applications for 2 HRBP opportunities.
You will be working as a true HR Business Partner, asserting influence through strong customer relationships, whilst balancing the needs of the internal customer and the broader interests of business operations.
The ideal candidate will be have a good broad HR generalist background, a solid understanding of employment law and comfortable within employee relations.
Experience of working within a Trade Unionised industry is a requirement, or failing that have Works Councils exposure.
The roles have line management responsibilities so again previous experience of line management is essential.
Personal attributes will include, being customer focused, building and managing relationships, strong communication and influencing skills as well as being organised and approachable.
