The Opportunity
An education provider (schools) is active in their search for a HR Systems and Data Manager
This is permanent
Location - Pimlico - will need two days a week on site
Salary to c£55.000 on a PAYE basis

Key Activities
*Develop a plan for the next stages of the project to implement the new HRIS.
*Review feedback from HO staff and resolve outstanding technical issues, or raise tickets with XCD to ensure resolution.
*Complete integrity check and upload of school data, UAT, training and launch for the new academic year.
*Propose KPIs and a suite of reports for monitoring workforce efficiency.
*Contribute to the development of the HR SharePoint site and the website redevelopment and Intranet projects to ensure that HR and recruitment needs are met.
