HRIS Specialist

A thriving Design and Engineering consultancy is now looking to recruit an interim HRIS Specialist on a12-month basis to join their London office and support their UK, European population. The HRIS Specialist will help to improve and enhance the main HR System (Sage People) which was recently implemented within the HR Function and across the business. This is a hands-on role and the job holder will need to have a thorough backend knowledge of Sage People / Fairsail with application development experience involving customisations, interfaces and reports. The primary focus of the role is to tackle areas for improvement including workflows, integrations, automated activities and data integrity. You will be liaise directly with key stakeholders across the business (Head of HR, HR Manager, IT teams and external providers) As a result the business is looking to meet immediately available HRIS Managers/Senior Analysts who have prior experience of Sage People (configuration ability) together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent customer service. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of data protection and governance issues.
