Key responsibilities:- supervise administrators delivering HR transactions - have a customer focused approach in order to improve team performance - strong, up to date knowledge of labour laws- work closely with the HR management team and business partners - identify resource requirements by monitoring workflow- updating the relevant databases within required timescales- maintain clear accountability and excellent customer service - engage with projects so you are able to drive strategy, system improvements and process reviews This is a newly created role so you'll be a good self starter and be able to work autonomously.
