6-9 Month contract - Immediate start - Liverpool City Centre - Hybrid Model - HR Advisor Junior

Are you looking to develop your career within HR and available for an immediate start?
Based in the heart of Liverpool's shopping district my client is seeking a Junior HR Advisor to join their team on a 6 - 9 month basis with a view to becoming permanent.
My client specialises in the running of one of the most iconic areas within Liverpool including facilities, conferences and events.

Your new role

The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with a Hybrid model in place. Working from the offices x 3 days per week and the rest from home.
My client is flexible in relation to the position being offered as either full time or part time.
You will actively support the operation by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full HR generalist remit, providing advice and guidance to managers and team members across the entire function.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries including policy, procedure and processes, providing timely advice and guidance to team members and managers supporting the customer service culture and escalating issues and flagging risk where necessary including seeking advice and support from employment law advice
Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns through advertisement of vacancies
Support with interview and selection process and onboarding of new team members including delivery of induction
Carry out pre-employment checks including Right to Work, ID and reference requests
Prepare, draft and issue relevant employment documents including offers, contracts, changes to terms and conditions and letters/correspondence.
Provide support, advice and guidance for all employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
Ensure accurate and up to date record keeping and efficient HR data management in line with data protection and compliance requirements
Provide recruitment support reviewing, approving and posting vacancies on the company website

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have CIPD Level 3 or 5
Good knowledge of HR processes including employment law
Passionate about developing your career in HR
