Resourcing Team Leader - Temporary Staffing

Were seeking an experienced Recruitment & Resourcing Professional to supervise a temporary staffing team


We have an opportunity for a recruitment / Resourcing team leader to join a busy recruitment and temporary staffing function.

As a Resourcing Team Leader you will be supporting a Resourcing Manager with the direct supervision and operational management of a team of 6 recruitment/temporary staffing officers and administrators.

You will be reviewing and managing the workload of 6 in temporary staffing working in collaboration with divisional and department management teams and requirements.

You will support and supervise the temporary staffing team ensuring an effective service across departments.

Candidates
Were seeking candidates with a background of temporary staffing / Bank staff / interim appointments from either an Agency, Inhouse recruitment or HR/Service background. You will need a solid experience of resourcing and a capability for management / supervision of resourcing professionals.

This role is offered on a temporary basis initially on for 3 months contract via Hays with potential for longer term contracts and permanent in future. This role can be undertaken remotely with occasional visits to the Isle of Wight when needed.
