A leading law firm are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join their close-knit HR team of 6. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, and they will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end recruitment process for the firm. The candidate will have proven previous recruitment experience as well as strong administration and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process from briefing through to sourcing and screening candidates, interview management, offers and all related recruitment administration
  • Use multiple tools (referrals, LinkedIn recruiter, Job adverts) to source top quality talent.
  • Responsible for managing the recruitment software. Use this to generate vacancies, post job ads and close vacancies.
  • Management of business support and fee earning roles.
  • Support in ad hoc projects.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Work Experience Scheme.
  • On boarding for Subcontractors at request of Talent Acquisition Manager.

As a Recruitment Executive, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant recruitment experience within a busy working environment.
  • A desire to further develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced business.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong values of working as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of creating efficient processes to best manage administrative tasks.
