A HR Advisor for an Accountancy Firm based in Horsham
Your new company
Our Accountancy client is recruiting a HR Advisor so support with the general running of HR across 7 offices across London, Kent and Sussex. Having started out over 100 years ago, they are long-standard employers across their office communities in the South East
Your new role
Based in the firm's Horsham office on a hybrid basis, this role will be to work within the central HR team supporting the HR team of 10 to run the general HR Function over 8 offices across Kent, Sussex and London.
Along with those responsibilities mentioned above, you will be responsible for the following:
- HR System implementation
- Employee Relations
- HR Advice
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have previous experience in a HR Advisor role with some focus on implementing HR systems.
