Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an influential and proactive HR professional to be a key part of our busy team for a 12-month fixed term period. This Business Partner role has a dual purpose: working collaboratively with managers and employees providing expert advice on operational HR matters; and leading on HR projects to support the Group's 2020-2025 strategy.

You will have a busy and varied workload, in this generalist role, supporting the delivery of organisational improvements and providing HR expertise across a range of activities.

Profile

We would like to hear from you if you are a member of the CIPD with significant HR generalist experience managing a busy and varied workload. You will have a proven track record of advising and guiding managers on people management issues and best practice, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and positively challenge at all levels of the organisation.
