SuccessFactors LMS Specialist

We are working on a SAP SuccessFactors (LMS) Functional Specialist role with a top financial services firmbased in East London on a permanent basis. You will ideally have end to end experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally the LMS/learning module.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing LMS support to the learning and development team as well as the wider business function
• Configuring the product to meet business needs
• Partnering with 3rd party technical support partner where needed
• Resolving all data isses together with the HR systems team
• Maintaininf the company's configuration workbook
• Reconciling an auditing data in accordance to internal compliance
• Reporting as needed
• Managing all UAT relating to SuccessFactors and LMS
• Participating and delivering all LMS projects
• Providing inputs on enhancements, upgrades especiallt in relation to integration with other SF modules

The ideal candidate will have functional exposure to SuccessFactors LMS, working knowledge of other modules is advantageous. You will have worked in a well known organisation and keen to grow your functional skills within a top financial services firm.
