Our client is a leading education charity with several academies within their organisation. With over 5,000 staff members educating over 30,000 young people this is an ever-growing company.

This role will be working at their Head Office in the heart of Croydon as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Your new role

This is a great opportunity to work with a central Talent Attraction and Resourcing Team, in supporting their recruitment needs, both within and outside of the education sector.

This role will focus on improving the processes, systems, and maximising sourcing strategies. Depending on your skills and expertise, you will be given a defined scope of work to focus on.

Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers from across the organisation will be a key part of this role, alongside advising and supporting academies in the attraction, selection, and onboarding of staff.

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within the public sector is essential for you to be considered for this role.

Strong resourcing experience is also essential as the role requires the successful individual to use various job boards to source for candidates.

As well as, using other sources such as LinkedIn to headhunt for people. If you have a strong track record of delivering quality hires in a fast-paced environment, you will be considered for this role.

What you'll get in return

Salary ranging from £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Performance and loyalty bonus offered.

This role is based in Croydon and will require you to be based in the office for majority of the week. (Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Flexible working based around the core hours of 10am - 3pm.
