A HR Operations Manager for a Private Sector company in Horsham.
Our Private Sector client is recruiting a HR Operations Manager to join their HR team in Horsham. You will be supporting with the general running of the HR function of 8 offices across the South East.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Employee Engagement
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Training
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Health and safety
- Reward and benefits
To be successful in this role you must have experience as a HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar roles with good knowledge of UK employment and labour law. You must be available to visit the Horsham office 2 times a week with occasional travel to Kent/London.
