Recruitment Coordinator

Ashley Kate are currently working with a fantastic business in the professional services sector, based in Sheffield, who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing team!
The role will be hybrid, split across working from home, the Sheffield Head office and also time visiting offices in York and Chesterfield. A candidate based within the Yorkshire region would be perfect for this role.
 
This is a brand new role to join this HR Team during a period of growth! Making this a really exciting time to join the business and make this role your own!
Working closely with the HR Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator will deal with the recruitment for the offices across Yorkshire, with regular travel to these sites for meetings and events.
 
Main duties-
Dealing with the full recruitment process
Utilising the ATS to update and maintain records
Going to the different sites to work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
Liaising with agencies, colleges, universities to arrange around recruitment and events
Sourcing candidates through various platforms, i.e job boards, social media
